Bernardo Communications, LLC is a Montana limited liability company specializing in communications infrastructure. EurekaSDR is a BComm public-service project: a quiet-site Software Defined Radio that anyone can open in a browser.

Location: Eureka, Montana (Lincoln County), Maidenhead grid DN28. We publish town and grid only — not a street address.

The receivers are KiwiSDR 2 units covering roughly 10 kHz to 30 MHz. Two units are planned for more simultaneous listeners. The public service is receive-only.
